Hi! We're La Guardia Privata di Fioroccia [LGA], and we are ALWAYS recruiting new people who can be leaders in the guild. We have a unique program that can guarantee long-term growth, activity, and stability--so long as we have good people who understand the plan and can encourage others!

In a nutshell, the guild is broken into small groups called Families, each headed by a guild Officer or a guild Captain (our own unofficial rank). We track participation in guild Events on an individual and a Family basis, awarding a winner at the end of the month, and we start again fresh on the next month. Our 'Events' are anything from capping a skill to finishing a Dungeon to TA to getting a run from LA to Ascalon, and are rarely ever planned ahead of time. Spontaneity!

We have no set amount of leaders because we believe that if you are qualified to lead, you should be promoted, and as long as we have quality people in charge, the membership will come on its own.
